One of the crew members was quoted by our local paper before the show saying that rain tended to bring up the energy at U2 shows, but I didn't really believe it until it actually happened. It was my 13th U2 concert but my first in the rain, and I'm actually glad for the experience. Everyone rallied together and shook it off, even as those of us without rain gear went swimming. My only regret of the night was Edge's guitar trouble during Until the End of the World--one of my favorite songs, especially to jump to live. I love their 90's work and never did see ZooTV, so the Achtung opening was a real treat. Please, please tour again soon!
