At 7 o' clock of sundays afternoon, I couldnt believe that after 8 long years without seeing u2 perform in my country, the wait would be over.
I traveled a long way from Mexico City to be among the privileged fans to be at this gig, and I was expecting so much of this show and I have to say that the band didnt disappoint me at all.
When Arcade Fire "Wake Up" started to sound, I knew that the moment i had been expecting was coming true, and after a few minutes Bono and Co. were delighting the whole stadium with their best tunes.
My big moments of the night were Bad with Cielito Lindo, Streets and Original of the Species.
On the other hand, Im not that delighted about hearing Vertigo been played twice in a show. This is my second show of the tour, and i have already heard vertigo 4 times, as i went to the may 21st gig at MSG, where they also played it twice. I think U2 has too many great songs, and they do not need to do this things.
