WOW!!! What an absolute honour to have witnessed the concert in melbourne last night.
To use a seemingly over-used bono quote, the edge was on fire! My parents and i were lucky enough to be on the edge's side of the stage right in front of the amp stack, and the amount of time bono, the edge and ,even adam, came over to this sides b-stage was brilliant.
Highlights of the set included vertigo, sometimes you cant make it on your own and miss sarajavo. especially when bono hit the long notes in those last two song. really, the entire concert was a highlight.
lets just hope it isnt nearly 9 years between drinks next time.
Cheers boys!!!
