U2 burned Vegas Down!!!! These guys are the undisputable kings of Vegas! They even had Elvis singing the tunes. What a great night for Rock n’ Roll. This was my 8th show and my second one this month.

No Doubt had another GREAT opening act under their belt. They are so much fun to watch live. One of the best live acts today. Gwen is simply DELICIOUS!

U2 stormed the stage with Elevation and kept the Thomas & Mack center deafening the rest of the night. This was the loudest crowd that I been with. I mean it was incredible. Every song was song along with and the crowd would not let go. The crowd, at times, led Bono. Speaking of the crowd, one of the greatest congregations of beautiful women around. A testimony of modern surgery. J The Miami opening show was still better though.

We had great seats on the left of the stage, Row 21, Sec. 117. The drummer for No Doubt showed up three rows in front of us to say hello to some of his friends after their set.

The energy in the arena was great. A pure adrenaline rush! There was an Elvis and Priscilla impersonator on the first row on Adam’s side. Bono played to Elvis a couple of times, which was fun to see, with it being Vegas and all. The guy had the white jumpsuit and all. Bono dedicated a song to Elvis and gave us a line from Glory, Glory, and Hallelujah! What a great thing to see the greatest Rock star of the past with the greatest of the present. It was a surreal moment.

This band, the people’s band, my band put on another memorable show. Love and respect grows leaps and bounds with these guys at every show I go to. It is a real privilege to see U2 take the world on.

This marks my 8th show on the Elevation Tour. 1st leg: Miami – Opening Night, Houston, Chicago & New York. 2nd leg: London - Earls Court (night of Bono’s dad passing) & Dublin- Slane Castle Aug 25. 3rd leg: Austin, Las Vegas and next Dallas and Miami.

The best show has still been Houston for me. It was a religious experience. Earls Court was great because it was the first thing he did after his father passed, extremely emotional, plus I was in GA so the vibe was in the air. The third best has to be Vegas. Excellent show plus Elvis was in the crowd. Austin was a tie in the performance wise but Elvis pushed Vegas up a spot.

Catch these guys before this tour is over. U2: Best band on the planet! Nuff’ said.
