Tonight was my 4th show at the United Center and I was in GA for the 2nd time. Each night seems to get more unbelievable and surreal and tonights premiere of Crystal Ballroom made this a super special show by itself. But the crowds energy was tops tonight of all 4 nights in my opinion and the band seemed to feed off that. Sweetest Thing (with the each side of the stage having a sing off) was a treat. My Sweet Lord added to the end of Mysterious Ways was a nice snippet change from Young Americans. The crowd singing U2 out with I Still Haven't Found... no words.
But when you go to 4 straight shows, things can really run together and tonight I took a breath during Streets and looked up at the crowd and really tried to appreciate the absolute joy in the building. It was incredible.
One more night Thursday!
