I hadn't seen U2 live since ZooTV, so I was really anticipating this night..especially since I had been holding on to the tickets since January!
All I can say is that just when you think they can't get any better, they come out and completely blow you away. I'm in awe of how amazing the show was...I started crying like a baby right around New Year's Day, and pretty much was a basket case the rest of the evening! Stay was a real highlight... I will never forget the night of May 12th, 2001 and I will be holding my breath waiting for them to come back in the fall...
There is no doubt that they have the job of the best band in the world!!
