There’s only one word to describe the show last night – PHENOMINAL! This was my 10th U2 show overall and I am ranking this one near the top. I was a little bit worried coming in after last Saturday’s show which I thought was sub par. My doubts were erased immediately with their blistering performance of Vertigo. They seemed to be more relaxed, not having to worry about the DVD shoot, and it was evident in their music. The band was on fire, Bono’s voice sounded great and the crowd was amazing. Hearing Gloria for the first time live was incredible! And the addition of UTEOTW was awesome! It was truly a great show.
Like my buddy Frank always says, “Other bands get worse, U2 just get better!”.
