The show was AWESOME!!! U2 rocked the house once again. I went to the San Jose 4-19-01 show and was in the upper level behind and to the Adam side. This time in Sacramento, I had great 85$ tickets in section 112 which were super close! No Doubt were great! During "Until the End of the World", Bono pulled up a camera man who then filmed Bono and Edge on the heart during the bull fight and end solo. Towards the end of "Stuck In a Moment", a fan in the heart threw a pen and cd onto the stage. Bono then knelt down, signed it, and gave it back to the fan. During "Angel of Harlem", a girl around 18 years old was pulled out of the crowd to dance with Bono. She got a few grabs in and a kiss at the end of the song. A fan gives Bono bubbles and he says, "Does this mean I have to join a cult now?", meaning a bubble cult. Bono blew a couple bubbles and then he and Edge went into a fantastic version of Please on acoustic guitar. At the end of "Still Haven't Found", Bono started singing, "Stand By Me" and the whole band started playing it. Gwen joined U2 for "What's Goin' On". After the second encore, Bono told everyone that it was Dallas Shue's (Edge's guitar tech) birthday today. Bono gave the mic to a fan in the first row which then said some words and then started Happy Birthday. They played almost all of Peace on Earth. The concert was amazing!
