I have to say the Baltimore show was one of the best U2 shows I have ever been to, ever, not just Elevation. I thought it was much better than the 2nd DC show I went to earlier in the year, not just because I was on the floor this time. Actually, I'm glad I've seen them from the floor and seats on this tour, gives different prespectives. The one bad thing was someone from Garbage was ill, so Graham Parker filled in. It was clear most people had no clue who he was and some even thought his tribute to Joey Ramone was a Graham Parker song. Well, I did see members of Garbage, including Shirley Manson, in the VIP area on the floor during the U2 show. Didn't get to ask her why they didn't play though, oh well! ;)
Anyhow, setlist was pretty much as expected. I'm very happy they played ISHFWILF, that is one of my all time favorites. Of course, Streets live is awesome! :) Disappointed they did not do Bad, missed it earlier too, because they performed it in the 1st DC show, but not 2nd. I think Bad is one of their best live songs. The other highlight was the dude Bono brought up on stage who had the Knocking on Heaven's Door sign, he could actually play guitar, unlike other U2 shows I've seen in the past, where the guy gets up there and can't play at all. That was really cool to see, what an experience for him to play with U2 and sing as well!
But otherwise, an awesome show and great energy from the crowd. It was an unforgetable and great night! :)
