Well, what a show. It has been a few months since I was there but the memories stay with me. Standing from start till finish, the show was what I expected and more from "Bono and the Rockers"!!! We got to the stadium early and heard Adam playing with 'New Years Day', Larry pounding on the drums and saw Bono doing a sound check. Could have done with out Fun Luvin, but Howie B more then made up for that!
The bands emergence onto the stage was great. They were only about 15 yards in front of us, my friend kept saying "I saw the Edge, he was right there, I saw the Edge!!" Highlights for me included 'I Will Follow', 'Pride', 'HMTHKMKM', 'Where The Streets Have No Name' and 'One'. A BIG THANKS to Adam, Larry, Bono and Edge for a GREAT show. Also a BIG TIME THANKS to my friend Jess in Madtown that hooked us up with a spot to park and a bed to crash in after the show!! Do you have a copy of the show on tape, if so email me....
