Great show in Edmonton! Bono and the band kept getting better as the night rolled along. The first song was a bit hard to hear the vocals in Even Better Than The Real Thing, but the sound folks seemed to correct it pretty quickly. The stage was amazing to watch and as it got darker, it became more powerful and added to the visual enhancement of the show. Glad they broke the curfew bylaw and played on till about 11:30. Loved it!
Was trying to see them in London and Frankfurt last year, but couldn't make it because of other things going on. However, going to see them in Montreal again in July. I doubt I will be disappointed.
Even with knowing the expected set list, the show was very directed to the crowd and enjoyable. Nice to see the blend of different albums.
