Here we are in Croke Park - U2 the biggest act our country ever had. I have to say the stage looked mindblowing and they definitely tried extra hard to make it special, the place went absolutely berzerk during Unforgettable Fire a song they haven't played here in over 20 years.
Stuck in Moment was brilliant with just Edge and Bono and following that was a very twisted and deeply depressing version of Auld Triangle. Ultraviolet was totally bombastic.
The low point for me was the fact the Unknown Caller wasn't played. I dreamt of the chanting of "Whoa whoao woo... your no your name so punch it in!!!" for months now. I'll be back again tomorrow, hopefully the lads come to their senses and play the ultimate track off of the finest disc in decades.
