We were among the 88,000 at Wembley on Friday 14th and loved the show so much that we got tickets for Sheffield (unbelievably still available from Ticket Master at face price)and took our 8 year son... his first ever gig! U2 were a dot in the distance at Wembley - but no matter as it was awsome. Better seats at Sheffield (we loved the relative intimacy of this smaller venue) and the section of crowd we were in created a fantastic atmosphere. Our son loved it especially when they played his favourite track 'Elevation' which I am sure he thinks they played just for him! I am sitting here typing this on Saturday morning and wishing we were going to Cardiff tonight!
We saw U2 at earls Court in 1982... that was amazing... this gig is even better! Enjoy the final night of the UK tour... you lucky people!
