Arrived at the Earls Court at 1pm, decided to wait around for the band to enter the venue on the red carpet. Around 6:50pm The Edge arrived alone to do the red carpet thing (he was the only U2 band member that did). Stopping to sign many autographs before doing an interview with Sharah Cox. We were sat up in the gods and 8pm on the dop on came U2 to open the 2009 Brit Awards with new single 'Get On Your Boots' and boy did they ROCK!
Was well worth the wait to get my U2 live fix!!!
