Second time getting "elevated". Phoenix was very good but Boston was just a bit better. The affinity between the band and the city was clearly evident.
Bono appeared to be nursing a sore throat but his voice held up well throughout the show.
Highlights included a full band version of "In a Little While" and "Desire/Gloria" along with two of the best live songs in rock 'n' roll history, "Bad" and "Streets".
Can't wait for Friday!
