I am living the morning after the show... I could have post the review last night but it wouldn't be fair... emotions were running high...
This wasn't definitely the best show on the Elevation Tour, but if was a FANTASTIC show. I agree with some of the stuff that was posted here before, but some of them I don't agree. I was expecting for "The Fly" also... but sorry guys the crowd started to scream One when Bono played a couple of notes of it in is guitar. I pretty much think that The Fly was not on the setlist at all.
I also found the CH video in the beginning of Bullet The Blue Sky disgusting. First because that has nothing to do with Europe's reality (c'mon U2 you can do a lot better than that) and second because the crowd didn't really understand it. U2 played a concert for America in Europe... I hope they change that soon.
Musically they were perfect. Sunday Bloody Sunday, Desire, Bad, Streets, Pride, I will Follow and almost all the ATYCLB were extremely good.
Conclusion: Altough it was not their best show... it still KICKED ASS...
u2 until the end of the world
