The Tampa show was the second show I have been to in the Elevation tour. This show differed greatly from the opening show in Miami on 3-24-01. I felt this show was more spritual which would coincide with the trauma which occured on Sept. 11th. Also, since the first show, there were deaths of Joey Ramone and George Harrison, which impacted the tone of the show. I was able to hear the songs through my heart globally rather than through my heart soley for myself.
As others has described it on this list, it felt very much like going to church and I indeed felt it to be a spiritual and uplifting experience.
I was pleased to hear other songs which were not played on 3-24-01 such as I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, Please, Kite, and part of Peace on Earth (among others).
Overall, I would say my experience with the Tampa show was more connected, maybe because I had better seats, maybe because it was closer than driving to Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale, or maybe it was just because the more I hear U2, the more I feel ELEVATED!!
