Well the moment finally arrived, got of work very early on friday morning and took a train to BRussel. I caught up with some friends there and we waited untill the gates openened. We had tickets for the middle section (GA/standing tickets). we stood in front by the gates so we had a reasonable view of the concert. I ve read some other reviews and i have to say i dont agree with all of them, but mabey the sound of the whole show was very situation depended.. From where i was standing the sound was AWESOME. i ve been twice before during the elevation tour in gelredome arnhem , Netherlands. And in comparison to that this time it was amazing. The guitar was clear crystal as well as bono his voice. I was very afraid of the latter, but he proved me wrong. Overall a great , Running to stand still was totally fantastic especially with the flying plane over the stadium and bono singing: "fly/ or step in an aeroplane" :-D I thought the front row crowd was a bit timid with movement and dancing, but the (fellow)singing was amazing. I was also very glad to hear electro co. live (with me being 23 years old and all) i was not even born when they first did that song) :-DD Cant wait to see them 3 times in Amsterdam , I just hope that the ARENA there will provide the same sound as i experienced in Brussel. Thanks Belgians fans for a great night. No thanks to the organisation in and around the stadium, to put it short, it sucked, no bracelets or anything, no way to get food and or drinks. and 1 door open with ALOT of people wanting to get out at the end. dont even get me started with the roadblocks by the belgian police force after all that. But despite that, What a night, what a show! and it is not over for me yet. :-D Take care
Tom
