I was at the Philadelphia U2 concert on Thursday. It was my first big concert in a stadium since I saw the 3 Dog Night concert at the Spectrum , yes that was in around 1969 . I enjoyed Interpol, but the bass was too loud, I couldn't understand the lead singer in Interpol sing. Alot of people around me said the same thing. The beat was good, since then I have listened to Interpol on the Internet and I like their music. U2 was great, I couldn't take my eyes off them on stage, I hung on to every word they sang. Remember I haven't been to a concert in over 40 years this was a big deal to me. I will go to their next concert in Philadelphia next year when they come back. The stage was out of this world. Bono sang wonderful, and the Edge played the guitar great, I couldn't take my eyes off of his hands. Wow how great he was. I was also overwhelmed by the 80,000 fans who came. I have never seen so many people at an event. I feel the concert changed my life. Thanks
