Sixth show this tour, third this leg. This is truly a 360 tour for me, I have seen them from all different views from the floor and seats. It’s all great, it is such a big show. This time I was on Adam’s side, club-level. HUGE comfort difference between these and the temporary stadium in Montreal! Actual flush toilets, air conditioned lounge and full bar. It is going to be hard to go back to basics at Moncton. Despite the creature comforts of a real stadium, a few things that stood out… a jet flew overhead during Walk On, full moon rising over the claw, an amazing energy usually only found in Boston or NYC (wow, GA, wow!), Bono was very talkative and seemed almost sad (last tour ever?), Bono starting Sunday Bloody Sunday rolling on the stage while the entire crowd is on their feet, Bono channeling Paverotti to sustain that soul stirring note, the Edge’s perfect harmony during Stay. Tonight, Johnny definitely took a walk with his sister the moon. See you all in Moncton, I will be behind the stage, praying for Wire.
