I had always wanted to see U2. I had been a fan since the 80s, but never got a chance to see them. I finally got to see them in NYC at Madison Square Garden on October 8th. My wife and I thought the show was amazing. U2 sounded great, the light show was awesome, and the choice of songs kept the Garden alive. There was one moment, however, that stunned me as well as others when Mary J Blige came out for the song One. I thought it was a train wreck. The whole show was great, then she came out. She ruined One for a lot of people. I still shake my head in disbelief that she came out. She had no place there. But, hey, that's just my opinion.
