my 5th vertigo show and 10th U2 show overall has proven to be the best. i thought nothing would beat popmart in boston, with a packed foxboro stadium screaming the words to edge's sing along of sweet caroline. then i saw elevation in DC from inside the heart and shouted all the words to 11 o'clock tick tock... then 3 straight chicago vertigo shows in the spring set a new standard... but tonight, inside the elipse with edge jumping and adam jamming the band took it to another level. OUT OF CONTROL! (sorry emily and andy...) who's gonna ride your wild horses... (i had been waiting since 1992 to hear that one live...) and ending with bad (a surprise to most of us at the show tonight) made this show a great moment to never forget. thanks bono and co. for rocking DC yet again.
