OK folks, I'm one of those "boomers" and a devoted fan of "The Boss" who used to tell people that nobody performed better live than Bruce & the E Street Band", but I may have to rethink that now after attending my first U2 show (finally) at the MCI Center Thursday night! Energy level of the band was phenomenonal (significantly higher than some of my seatmates up in the nosebleed section, I might add), lighting and stage design visually arresting, and Bono as charismatic live as anticipated...a 10!
P.S. I may have lost what little hearing I have left, but well worth the sacrifice!
