FANTASTIC! It was everything I could have dreamed of, and so much more. I was another lucky one that managed to see U2 last May in Montreal as well. I remember (heh- how could I forget!) thinking back then that I'd just seen the best concert ever, and it will be the best concert I've ever seen..... until I see them again.
Fast forward to October 12, and my thoughts became reality. From start to finish, U2 gave me so much joy and excitement, as only a band of such excellence can. Every song made me cheer, clap, praise, groove (Mysterious Ways- always been my fave song, Edge + Guitar = Magician) and move me like little else can. Yet, I must admit, my GREAT admiration for Edge, Adam, and Larry is a bit imbalanced with my HUGE admiration for Bono. He will always be the King of singers to me, my respect for him is infinite.
One night, one golden performance. Bono, Edge, Adam, and Larry, thank you for making our dreams come true.
