"Ground control to Major Tom, take your protein pills and put your helmet on" (Space Oddity, David Bowie) in a very high volume was a great great welcome to the show. This was my 6th concert since 1992 (zoo tv, pop mart and vertigo tours) and 2nd concert outside my country (my first was at Boston in 2005), what a city, what a stadium, what a night.
It was so great when Bono introduced the band as "Our capital The Edge, Chief flying engineer Larry Mullen Jr and Spacewalker Adam Claton, ending with a "HOUSTON, WE HAVE NO PROBLEM!!!", in the intro of I still haven't found what I'm looking for.
Something that takes us (my brother and I) higher than We're already were, was that Bono shouted a "VIVA MEXICO!!!" in Vertigo, We'd never expected it.
We miss some songs but it does't care, We have U2 360 tour.
Thank you guys for giving us a great band.
VIVA U2!!!, VIVA HOUSTON!!!, VIVA USA!!!, VIVA MEXICO!!!
