This was my first stadium concert with U2, and I was amazed that it felt so intimate for being such a big production. It might have had to do with being in the GA inner circle, but they sure do know how to connect with the audience. My friend from work said that Bono must have a pact with God, because it had been raining up till the morning of the show, and then cleared up beautifully in the afternoon in time for people waiting in line to warm up.
Zooropa was excellent with the expanded LED screens (made me wish I could have seen the ZooTV tour back in the day), and while I was sad they didn't play Ultraviolet like in the first leg of US shows, Hold Me Thrill Me Kiss Me Kill Me was a good swapout with Bono swinging around on the mic.
The band all looked and sounded great, and I loved "Robo-Bono's" dance moves- great show!
