So, I finally made it home and am able to post about the show.
Great. Really good. And interesting are all appropriate. I missed hearing Stuck and ABOY during the last encore, but I guess they did so much earlier that they ran out of time.
One side note, I don't know if the whole tour has been like this, but man was there a lot of preaching going on tonight.
Anyway, Instant Karma was cool, Happy Christmas a couple of times, Help was an all crowd song, Miss Sar. was amazing and SYCMIOYO was excellent live. Original was the one I wanted to hear (my personal favorite on HTDAAB) and it lived up to my expectations.
For the first time ever, Streets was just kinda... blah. Maybe it was just the crowd. The Portland crowd was old and tired. They sat through the whole final encore. Seriously, I was standing for 40 and I felt like I was naked. I was in the Rose Garden for the Elevation tour and that was a much better, livelier crowd.
Still an amazing show and we were blessed to have the final show on the tour. Until the next time... hopefully. My son wasn't old enough this tour, he will be in about 3 years... :)
