WOW, how does one describe highlights of what might just be the best U2 show I've been to. I've seen them live on 21 occasions throughout the years. I've had seats everywhere from front row to nosebleed seats to being underneath the lemon spaceship on the Popmart Tour, but none of those concerts had tonight's setlist. All 7 songs from the new album really translate well live. Bringing back The Unforgettable Fire and Ultraviolet is just......awesome. Your Blue Room was a special treat and sounded great live. Bono's vocals on Stay were smooth. City of Blinding Lights and Vertigo continue to sound great live. MLK & Walk On is something to experience live. Edge's guitar on Unknown Caller is another definite highlight. Boots translates well live and Magnificent is just Magnificent.
They made a concentrated effort to use the bridge and get to the outer ring. At one point Bono sprinted all the way around the large outer ring and later jogged around the ring with a boy from the audience.
