Wow!!!! What another great concert. Just lucky to get tickets this time. Many, many thanks to Mike and Carmalita who I met in line waiting for tickets in the cold, you two were so much fun to hang with. We beat the scalpers, we beat the system, and I'm so glad we got in. Thanks to the Charlotte arena and security officals that saw who the real U2 fans were and did not let the scalpers get those tickets. All that said, we got seats in section 112, 5 to 6 rows from Adam which was the closest I've ever been!!
They played an amazing set, loved it all, but Ms. Sarajevo could have been replaced, and as always BAD would have been a great ender too. It was so good to be close and see these guys having such a good time, to see the expressions on their faces made it that much more worth it.
The people who come to these shows are so great, my second family for sure. I'm going to try and post some pics in another review. For now, I'll sign off . It was great to see these guys at least twice on this tour. I hope the next album and tour come quicker. I need U2 concerts, the world needs them :)
