The second evening in Helsinki was full of surprises that startled us a little bit. All expected New Year's Day to follow Beautiful Day, but instead we got I will follow, which made the crowd go wild right from the beginning! Also introduction of No Line On The Horizon to the set list compared to Friday's list. To top it all they chose to make a world debut for the new track Every Breaking Wave, which is by far the best new U2 track I've heard in years. A magical moment that not all of us understood the magnitude of.
Personally I missed Until the End of the World and other tracks from Achtung Baby, but you can't get it all, can you?
All in all a great show. We were on the 'backside' and even though the sound wasn't perfect we had a fantastic time. The rain stopped just before the show started and it started pooring down again during the encore. I'd stand there again in the rain to hear them play. Thanks all for making it a memorable night.
