Comments: U2 play a surprise rooftop concert during the Inner City Looking On community festival. The full setlist is unknown. Bono sings an a capella version of "Let's Twist Again" at the request of a fan who had climbed to the rooftop and grabbed an extra microphone (before a crew member recovered it). He does not know all the words, so the crowd fills in.

Footage from the show was made public in April 2019 and the Irish Times offered a few extra details from the videographer about the "chaotic scene" created by this surprise, 45-minute show.
