Awesome show! Had 2 GA tix. At first we did not scan in, but a "road crew worker" spotted my son & his "I Will Follow" sign. He took us right into the ellipse & set him up dead center in the front row. I kept thinking - Holly Shit!
U2 started a bit late, but rocked right from the start (9:30 PM). Lots of energy in the audience & the boys were loving it.
Then came "Sunday Bloody Sunday" - Bono came right up to my son, plucked him out & had him sit on an amp while he sang. They traded mics to "no more, no more" - wow I couldn't believe it, my kid was on stage singing with U2. At the end of the song Bono brought him back to his spot & he sat with a big grin on his face singing the rst of the night.
Ended right at midnight - Amazing!
Thanks to the Irish guys in the front who helped make sure he wouldn't get crushed by the crowd.
