What a great 1st show in Philadelphia tonight. this was my 6th time seeing the band and they have never sounded so tight and together. Nice to hear most of the new album, and some of the songs off of boy. Could have done without some of the "regulars" Pride & SBS, to hear some other album songs (older, or newer). No Bad, Gloria, Until The End of The World, Crumbs, etc. Bono still has the ability to connect to the auidence and did that a couple times, pulling two girls out during Miricle Drug and another one during Mysterious Ways. Edge whaled away (as usual), Adam provided great smooth groves, and Larry brought the house down with his exploding beats.Looking forward to the second show in a week.
