Comments:

During "New Years Day," Bono brings a little girl on stage and lets her wear his hat. Before leaving the stage, she gives Bono a kazoo. After the song, Bono proceeds to play the opening to the Beatles "All You Need Is Love" on the kazoo.

(We believe Bono was referencing the Beatles and not the French national anthem, "La Marseillaise," which is featured at the beginning of "All You Need Is Love.")

During the encore, the band play "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" a second time and are joined by the gospel choir, the New Voices Of Freedom. As a result, the show is filmed for Rattle And Hum, but the live concert footage doesn't make it into the film.

"Spanish Eyes" is played in semi-rough form and the band are unsure how to end the song. During the song, a fan runs on stage and tries to help Bono sing, but security wisk him off quickly.

A complete unedited recording of the show is released in 2013 through Wolfgang's Vault.

The show is released again in 2017 as part of the The Joshua Tree 30th anniversary box set, but is incomplete and features heavily edited versions of "Sunday Bloody Sunday" and "Running To Stand Still." The release does not including the performances of "The Unforgettable Fire," "Help," "Bad," and "Spanish Eyes" and uses a version of "Bullet The Blue Sky" from November 7, 1987.
