Comments:  

U2 ends the first leg of the Experience + Innocence tour by returning to Connecticut for their 17th performance there and the first time since the Vertigo tour in 2005. It is also the first time they have played in a city in Connecticut other than Hartford or New Haven.

The show, at the smallest venue so far on the tour, gets off to possibly the latest start yet, with the band not hitting the stage until 8:50pm local time.

No set list surprises with exception of “Gloria” returning to the rotating fifth spot after missing three shows.

“…Father Flanagan right in front of you,” is tonight’s “Beautiful Day” name-check.
