Comments: U2 resumes the 360 tour after about six weeks off. As usually happens in New Zealand, U2 plays "One Tree Hill," but tonight the song is dedicated to the victims of the recent Pike River mining disaster. Bono changes the lyrics to reference the event as the names of the 29 dead scroll on the video screen.

Jay-Z joins U2 for "Sunday Bloody Sunday," just as he did in Germany on November 5, 2009. He stays on and sings his song "History" over "Scarlet", which is played for the first time since a September 3, 1981, BBC radio show. With "rejoice" being the only main lyric of the song, it replaces "MLK" in the set and is sung in honor of the recently freed Aung San Suu Kyi. Bono sings the rare "shine like stars" coda during "With or Without You."
