Rescheduled from April 8th (see tour ad below), this is the first U2 concert in Hawaii since March 11, 1985 and it closes out the 18-month long Vertigo tour.

Bono pulls a fan (Michael Mitchell) on stage towards the end of "Angel of Harlem" because he had a sign that said he could play "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses" on piano.  Bono asks The Edge if he remembered the chords. Then Bono sang the first line of The Who's, "Baba O'Riley" before stopping and saying, "Well that's where we ripped it off from."  He then proceeded to sing the correct lyrics.

Green Day's Billy Joe Armstrong joins U2 to perform "The Saints Are Coming."

The band snippets a Pearl Jam song early in the show in honor of their opening act for the night. Pearl Jam members Eddie Vedder and Mike McCready join U2 on stage during the encore to perform "Rockin' In The Free World."  Bono has trouble knowing how to finish the song, singing, "I don't know how to end."  Eddie Vedder immediately sings, "I love The Edge!"  They proceed to sing it together another 5 times to close out the song.

Notable attendees to the show are Jeremy Piven, Mira Sorvino and Alyssa Milano.
